Substrate Material

Our optic mirrors are manufactured from Corning 7980 fused silica or equivalent high-purity, industrial-grade fused silica substrates. These materials are chosen for their ultra-low thermal expansion, high laser damage threshold, and excellent resistance to environmental stress. We also offer UV fused silica mirrors for enhanced transmission and reflectivity in ultraviolet wavelength ranges.
