Custom Convex Spherical Mirrors

Avantier manufactures custom convex spherical mirrors for imaging, beam expansion, illumination, sensing, and other precision optical systems. Mirrors can be produced to customer-defined requirements for diameter, radius of curvature, substrate, surface figure, surface quality, coating, clear aperture, and mechanical dimensions.

We support build-to-print manufacturing as well as collaborative specification development for prototypes, small production runs, and volume programs.

Surface-figure specifications should define the test wavelength, clear aperture, and whether the requirement applies to surface error or reflected wavefront error.
